Papa John’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure that quality customer service and products are being delivered to our customers. We are looking for leaders! Successful candidates should demonstrate strong operational skills, be customer-focused, and a team-oriented leader. Shift leaders run the staff when the manager is not on duty. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, staffing, scheduling, and customer relations. You will also help in the restaurant's daily routines, such as pizza making and order taking, interact with customers, and act as quality control. You will help ensure customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to all company standards. Requirements:

Prior Papa John’s work experience a plus. Ability to work with phones, computers, keyboards, touch screens, and fax machines. Basic accounting, math, and cash management skills. Strong verbal and communication skills. Must be able to work various shifts per week. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be authorized to work in the United States. Minimum Age 18+ years old
