A premium cinema and dining destination that is a social hub for elevated cuisine, craft coffee, special events, sophisticated cocktails as well as a comfortable co-work space, THE LOT truly creates the ultimate guest experience. THE LOT opened in Southern California - La Jolla in September of 2015, Liberty Station in May of 2016, and Newport Beach in April of 2018. THE LOT San Ramon in Northern CA opened in November of 2018. As Support Staff at THE LOT, you will be in charge of bussing and food running. Moving away from the traditional movie-going experience, our Team Members design the ultimate guest experience.

Requirements:

Responsibilities- Previous work experience in an upscale restaurant required with emphasis on bussing and food running Positive and Professional Attitude with a great high-energy Guest Focus Strong attention to detail Provides personal insight about products, entertainment and services provided at THE LOT Anticipates the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency Engages with guests by presenting menu; answering questions; knowledge of the Company Encourages experiences, movies, branded events and food and beverage Expedites all food and beverage items to the table or auditorium Clears, cleans, and preps tables in the restaurant and auditoriums Works as a team, assisting with all Guest and Team Member needs Must be 18 years of age or older We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Open Weekend and Holiday Availability Ability to lift to 50 lbs Ability to smile while standing 8 hours a day
