Description:

The Promotions Assistant is responsible for providing the highest quality of guest service to all who visit our Papa John's Store. •Be available for all Marketing Initiatives to achieve promotion/event objectives. •Accept phone orders, cash/credit payments for in-store/telephonic purchases. •Maintain supplies, raffle tickets, decorations, etc. for promotional and special events. •Work interdepartmentally to assist in the promotion and implementation of facility-wide events. •Assist in the implementation of special events and entertainment events internally and off-site. •Attend parades, conventions, road shows, and all other events necessary to promote the properties. •Complete the detail work as assigned required to successfully coordinate and implement events and promotions. •Assist with the handling of gift certificates and vendor payments. •Responsible for contacting businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products and services. •Maintain responsibility for mascot uniforms and equipment. •Wear various mascot uniforms and/or serve as mascot assistant. •Ability to travel to different Marketing events. •Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, afternoon, evenings, and holidays. •Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
