Shift Leader - Part time or Full time/ Hourly Manager (Must have Papa John's Shift Lead experience and be current on your ROC certifications) Responsibilities: Papa John’s Henderson is seeking a Shift Leader who can lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver quality service while maintaining a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. As a Shift Leader, you will supervise team members, determine adequate shift staffing levels and properly train team members to exceed expectations. We will rely on you to provide outstanding customer service, while professionally and promptly addressing customer concerns or issues. Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months Papa John's Shift Lead experience and be ROC certified Must be at least 18-years-old A high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred Ability and desire to work nights and weekends Capacity to lead a team during a shift with no supervision Proficiency with computers and phones Ability to learn and perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including but not limited to, pizza delivery Possess a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance Overview: Exciting things are happening at Papa John’s restaurants.
