Papa John’s is seeking people who can lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver quality service while maintaining a fun, energetic, and collaborative environment. As a Manager, you will supervise team members, determine adequate shift staffing levels and properly train team members to exceed expectations. We will rely on you to provide outstanding customer service, while professionally and promptly addressing customer concerns or issues. No experience is required, only the ability to learn, and a good attitude! This is a great opportunity for first-time shift managers! We have several different positions available, General Managers, Senior Shift Managers, and Shift Managers. Starting pay for Shift managers and Senior Shift Managers between $10.00 - $13.00, General Manager is a salaried position, pay will depend on experience.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18-years-old. A high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, but not a requirement. Ability and desire to work nights and weekends. Capacity to lead a team during a shift with no supervision. Proficiency with computers and phones. Ability to learn and perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including but not limited to, pizza delivery. Possess a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
