Requirements:

the team trainer will... + Educate new Play makers on Sweetgreen Policy and Procedures that are reinforced by entire Management Team + Lead by example on executing proper procedures on prep, recipes and cleanliness + Lead by example in FIFO, aces in their places, and understanding thru put + Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and executing SWEET on a daily basis + The Trainer will have a strong understanding of People Matter Training Modules + The Trainer will work closely with all management in sign off and validation process of new playmakers

additional requirements include: When needed the Trainer will be asked to assist in NSO training and expected to execute at the same high level + Ability to stand on feet for an extended period time + Ability to handle repetitive motions in regards to prepping items and handling a knife + Ability to lift 25 LBS or more at any given time + Serve Safe Certified + Work to maintain a respectful workplace environment + Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal + Assistant in the sign off and validation of playmakers
